March/April 2026 Newsletter
In this edition of the newsletter, we discuss:

75 Years of Connecting What Matters Most
75 years ago, when our founders met in Gainesboro, they saw neighbors worth connecting. Families worth investing in. A future worth building – even if they couldn’t yet imagine what that future would look like.
From early telephone service to today’s fully built, 100% fiber network, Twin Lakes has continually invested in technology that strengthens the communities we serve. Over the past decade alone, we’ve expanded fiber access, launched video, security, and mobile services, partnered with other providers, and reach more than 60,000 managed connections. Along the way, we’ve earned national recognition for customer satisfaction and helped shaped our region as a Smart Rural Community.
Almost 75 years later, the technology has changed – but our mission hasn’t. Through every milestone and every moment, Twin Lakes has grown alongside the people who rely on us. Our roots run deep, our commitment is strong than ever, and the best part? We’re just getting started.
We look forward to celebrating 75 years with you this year!

Call 811 Before You Dig
Protect your community from the hazards of striking an underground utility line – always contact 811 before digging to avoid service disruptions caused by damaging buried utilities.
Step 1: Call 811 to request to have buried utilities marked.
Step 2: Provide Information about your digging project (i.e. location, county, and type of project).
Step 3: Wait a few days to allow utilities to respond to your request. Ensure that all utilities have responded to your request before breaking ground.
