Twin Lakes is a broadband, voice, TV and security service cooperative incorporated under the laws of Tennessee on March 13th, 1951. As a Smart Rural Community provider, we work to keep our rural residents and business owners connected. With access to fast, reliable broadband, our community enjoys better economic development, education and health opportunities. Our 100% fiber network serves more than 39,000 connections in the Upper Cumberland.

We’re owned by the member subscribers which we serve and provide service to in Baxter, Byrdstown, Celina, Chestnut Mound, Clarkrange, Cookeville South, Crawford, Gainesboro, Granville, Highland, Jamestown, Livingston, Moss, North Springs and Rickman. Our members are, according to the Cooperative’s Bylaws, every subscriber who has made written membership application and paid the prescribed membership fee of $10.00.
