FRS Scholarship Winners
Twin Lakes is proud to recognize our 2026 Foundation for Rural Service (FRS) recipients. Eli Baker (Jackson County High School) and Emma Poston (Livingston Academy) each received a $2,500 scholarships. Landon Baldwin, a student at Tennessee Tech University, was the first recipient of the $2,500 scholarship for non-traditional students. Congratulations!
FRS Youth Tour
We also congratulate Devin Phillips (Monterey High School) & Layne Ault (York Institute), who attended the 2026 FRS Youth Tour in Washington, D.C., where they learned more about broadband and connected with students from rural communities across the country. Rachel Iwanyszyn, Twin Lakes’ Accountant, attended the tour as a chaperone. Congratulations!
