Subscribers are responsible for all long distance service originating from or made collect to their telephones, regardless of who places or talks on the call.

LONG DISTANCE TARIFFS

Tariffs which show rates, rules and regulations for telephone service and facilities are on file in the Customer Service Offices and are available for public inspection.
